As a one-person business, every order is personally packed and shipped once a week. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize quality, sustainability, and thoughtful handling in every step.

 

Order Processing
Orders are shipped once per week.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Our current flat rate shipping fees are as follows:

Within Austria: €3.10
Within Austria minimum order of 3 copies: €6.20

Within the EU: €6.50
Within the EU minimum order of 3 copies: €13.00

International (outside the EU): €11.90
International minimum order of 3 copies: €23.80

Delivery Times

Austria & EU: Estimated delivery within 4 to 14 working days

International Orders (outside the EU): Orders are welcome and accepted. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Please allow extra time for international delivery and customs processing.

 

Packaging
We use eco-conscious and recycled materials wherever possible, including recycled paper. All packaging decisions are made with environmental impact in mind, aligning with the values of a plant-based and sustainable lifestyle.

 

Returns & Refunds
As a small, independent business, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Each copy of Bontà is printed in limited quantities and shipped with great care. We hope you understand this policy helps support the sustainability of independent publishing.
